The unusual Thanksgiving event runs from November 25 through December 22, offering complimentary extra story content for Shadows players.

Peculiar Mission Uncovered

According to the authorized release, "A mysterious meeting pulls protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a new mission, where rumors of prohibited ceremonies and fearsome metamorphoses echo through the shadows." The storyline introduces a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who charges the pair with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a hidden group.

The mission concentrates on "strange trials and a fearsome adversary" and is open to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.

Familiar Locations and Transformations

The preview features the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The trailer finishes with a striking moment showing a character, presumably the prisoner, morphing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.

Players who accomplish the mission will acquire an special katana alongside several items secreted throughout the area in secret chests. The update also contains premium Attack on Titan item packs, including:
